QLD:Qld govt rejects Coalition health plan
Queensland Health Minister PAUL LUCAS says Coalition plans to axe funding for training
and e-health will wreck the health system.
The comments follow Federal Opposition Leader TONY ABBOTT'S 3.1 billion dollar plan
to deliver 2800 extra hospital beds over four years and better target funding.
But Mr LUCAS describes the policy as "smoke and mirrors" and says the cuts will hurt
regional areas who are making the most of e-health technology.
